Recommendation to Parents/ Guardian
- Parents are expected to co-operate in work of the school by enforcing regularity, punctuality and discipline and by taking an abiding interest in their children’s progress.
- Parents are especially requested to read the rules carefully and see that they are followed by their wards.
- Parents should check the Diary and the home work given. Yor are requested not to visit the class rooms or class teachers during the class hours. Though such visits are not allowed, you may meet the teachers during the noon interval.
- Parents who seek information or who wish to make some complaint should approach the Headmistress and not the class teacher. Criticism on a teacher of the school in child’s presence should be strictly avoided because it causes the child to lose his/her respect for the teacher.
- Progress report showing the attendance and marks of the students will be sent to the parents after every examination. Parents or guardians are requested to examine the progress report carefully and see that their children make a special effort those subjects in which they are weak.
- If you feel that your child does not make the desired progress, you should contact the Headmistress.
- Teachers are strictly forbidden from imposing fines on the students and they are urged not to collect any money or organise any collection whatsoever from the students without the previous permission of the Headmistress.
- Withdrawal of your child from classes for more social functions is not recommended. Because it retards their progress in school and minimises their respect for hard work, with the consequent failure to progress in their studies.
- Should there be an infectious disease in your home please report the fact to the Headmistress at once and do not send your child to class till the contagious situation is over.
- As the medium of instruction in this school is English and Malayalam, the child should be helped to follow the classes easily and intelligently by a certain amount of guardian’s guidance.
